Deep purple color, clear, with intense and slow tears. Nose intense, very typical of the varietal character of Cabernet Sauvignon, ripe black fruit, cedar, cigar, tied with the discreet presence of the new barrel. Tight and very young in the mouth, with a dense structure. Full body, strict but fine and mature tannins and satisfactory acidity. Intense and complex aftertaste. It can age for 8 to 15 years. Its rich flavor accompanies rich meat dishes, game and ripe yellow cheeses, unfolding its whole character. Served at 16o-17o C.% vol: 13.5
